Provide work-based opportunities for my students, including job shadowing, internships, etc. In addition, I will incorporate vocational student organizations and bring leaders from the community into my classroom to speak.

In order to show students the importance of education, I must continue my own to set an example. It is also imperative to stay current on the latest technology and trends in order to relate to my students in the classroom.
